I have 2 doorbell cameras but only one is recording. How do I fix it so they both record. It detects motion but doesn’t record.

DO both doorbells have a subscription which is required for cloud recordings? It sounds like the sub for the one that doesn't record has an expired trial sub and needs to be added to a paid one.

Have you checked your active mode to ensure the doorbells aren't disabled or don't have appropriate settings in their rules?

Assuming that a mode that enables the doorbell is being used, I'd suggest reinserting the doorbell battery to restart it. If that doesn't help, remove the doorbell from your account and add it back.
