after the 30 days is it possible to get the recordings from the Arlo doorbell camera if you haven’t already saved them ?

I've seen several request to get deleted footage, but no one has ever reported any success.  So no.

If you connect the doorbell to a VMBxxxx or VMB5000 smarthub, you can attach local storage to the smarthub.  With a reasonable size thumb drive (or microSD card for the VMB5000), you can get much longer retention.  128 GB and 256 GB are reasonable sizes.
