I' had this for about a month, it worked fine until i switch internet provider, now it won't connect to the wi-fi

Assuming you're connecting the doorbell to your WiFi, the easiest thing to do before connecting any device is to change the WiFi SSID and password to what you used with the old router. That way nothing changes.
If too late for that, you may want to remove the doorbell from your account and reinstall it as if new. Using the reset procedure may help, too:
