ARLO Essential Wireless Video Doorbell

So who else is unhappy with the motion detection feature on the wireless video doorbell? With a setting of 100 on sensitivity, a very specific activity zone, and a straight line view of my sidewalk, motion is detected at no better than 7 feet.  By the time the camera starts to record, the person is already at my door and too close to identify.  ARLO support says it should be 16’.  I’ve spent hours over the last three days trying to troubleshoot this problem. I’m about ready to go back to RING.

Are you setting the motion sensitivity in your modes and rules? The motion test is just a test and doesn't save.
