Doorbell offline

My doorbell has randomly went offline and can’t get it to work after trying the below :

-taking the battery out & leaving 

-resetting the device

-resetting WiFi 

-factory resetting the door bell.

battery is fully charged so not the issues. 

any ideas?

Bring the doorbell closer to your router for testing. Any better?

If not, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose a method to contact official support.
