Our Arlo wireless video doorbell has been installed under a block of wood. This has resulted in the pinhole at the top being blocked. As such i can't access the hole to use the pinhole tool separate the device from the mounting bracket to get to the battery or to charge it. Is there another way to safely open it?

If it's not tight to the block of wood, you may be able to bend a small paperclip to be able to get in there. Otherwise, I would be thinking about either moving that wood (if at all possible), carefully cutting the bottom of the block off a bit and/or using a drill bit to VERY CAREFULLY drilling into the bottom of the wood to provide a path for a bent paperclip. You'll have to be creative...
