Doorbell blinks white shuts off

I have tried to talk to customer service through chat over several months no help. Just found out I am on my own for support. Bought a floodlight and doorbell. I am going to write reviews on the lack of customer service. I will never buy another Arlo product again. At this point this doorbell is an expensive paper weight.
