Doorbell Motion - Undetected

I had a package delivered on 7/26/24, but the doorbell didn’t detect the delivery, but the package was visible when a vehicle passed in front of the house. The package was stolen, but the camera failed to detect that motion as well. On the afternoon of 7/27/24, the postman triggered the motion, but the package was no longer there. 

Due to this failed motion detection, I have spent another $300 on an additional Arlo Ultra camera and solar charger, so I’ll actually have security surveillance. Sure as hell can’t depend on the doorbell camera anymore. Not particularly happy with Arlo right now.

Was the doorbell armed when the package was delivered? If the doorbell detected a vehicle after the package was delivered it sounds like it may not have been armed. Are you using a schedule?
