Doorbell AVD2001B - Essential video doorbell wire-free - cannot be detected by my Arlo app

I have all other items - video Spotlight camera and 2 pcs chime in the app. running 2.4 as I need to and try to connect the video doorbell. sounds come after scanning the code on my phone, and the bottom flash white on and off... with a fast interval a few seconds before just starting to flash normal - all white... and only white. camera detect my move and flash white again... but my phone cannot detect the unit and I cannot install the doorbell.... what to do.. ? I have reset a lot of time and battery is 100% full....
