How do you get the door bell to call 2 phones (at same time) when the door bell is pushed

You need to share the doorbell and set up a second account on the second mobile device. Follow the instructions here to get started: https://kb.arlo.com/000039122/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-account

Note, it may be easier to accept the invitation using a PC to get the second account created.

Thanks for the reply. To be clear the 2nd phone is set up with a separate account

 It has all the same shared privileges BUT it does not receive a simultaneous phone call to the cell when the door bell is rung. Only me phone rings. That is the issue I am trying to solve.
