Hello! I have Doorbell and Chime 2. but it varies a lot when the chime alerts.. sometimes I can wait from 20 seconds to 1 minute.... it's so annoying.. can someone help how to fix it? yes the internet is very good

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Are the doorbell calls delayed as well? If so, how much time between the press and the call received on your phone?

There is nothing wrong with the notification on the phone. is the chime that has delay
