My doorbell camera is offline. Had issues with my internet service, can't connect my camera up to the new network!! I need help desperately. My son in law tried & we still couldn't get it connected

Was the router replaced with a new one? The fastest/easiest thing to do is to log into the router and change the WiFi SSID and password to what it was before.
If that's not viable, make sure the new SSID and password don't have special characters or spaces in them and that the encryption is set to WPA2 (AES).
