QR code not read correctly on Doorbell AVD2001

My doorbell was perfectly working but after charging the battery it is not working anymore (no image, not ringing, appearing deconnected in app).

I did a reset.

I followed the procedure several times but still the same issue.

 

At the QR code step, I push the button, it is blinking white then I san the QR code, there is a sound on the doorbell but it is still blinking white and nothing happen in the app.

Then I click "continue" button, the doorbell is found by the app, then a firmware upadte is done successfully.

But after all the steps, still the same issue (no video, not ringing, ... )

 

I assume the QR code scan step is not working well because even if I hear the sound after scanning, few secong after it is blinking red.

Hi,

 

The QR code you sent me redirect to Arlo Chime 2 set up.

I have also an Arlo Chime 2 and I have no issue to install it.

 

Still I don't manage to have my doorbell properly connected after the set up.

Right after the firmware update step, there is a step to properly place the doorbell on the wall.

At this step we are supposed to see the image taken by the camera but I have a black screen.

After I see the doorbell added in the app but it apperas disconnected.

 

I am a bit disappointed...
