I purchased this video doorbell about 2-3 weeks ago. I have found that it is not sensitive to motion. There are several times when someone is standing at the door and it hasn't picked up the motion. It has never picked up motion more than 4 feet from the door. It never catches anyone on the sidewalk approaching the door and stops recording as soon as they leave the porch near the door. I have adjusted the sensitivity to 100 and there has not been any difference. Has anyone else had sensitivity issues?

Are you adjusting the sensitivity in your modes and rules? The motion test is just a test and doesn't save.
