Bell not connecting to internet

Recently after charging battery and changed internet provider I cannot connect doorbell it’s not accepting qr code tried several times it appeared to go through press continue then nothing happen I’ve been without coverage for weeks due to this issue I note other people here having same issue very disappointed with my product

First, the easiest thing to do with a new router is to change its SSID and password to be the same as the old router's. Make sure the encryption method is set to WPA2 (AES) and not WPA3. 

 

What have you tried and what do you see? All details are needed. It sounds like you're trying to set the doorbell up again which won't work if you didn't remove it from your account first. You may want to try this FAQ to reset the doorbell to get it working:

WiFi  7 requires WPA3, so a new router might not let you disable it.  You can instead enable WPA2+WPA3.
