We just received a wire free doorbell camera for Christmas. We have charged the battery fully, but nothing lights up during set up. I have also pushed the reset button and still nothing. There is no customer service number to call Arlo.

I'll tag the moderators here to see what they may be able to do. In the meantime you may be able to swap at the store. Does the gifter have the receipt for the doorbell, which would speed the process?
While I'm thinking of it, I assume you've made sure the battery is properly installed? It snaps into place.

It would be a bit faster to replace through Amazon. I can initiate the process as well but I will need the invoice far the support team.
Does the LED on the battery light up when charging it with the supplied power cable?
