Arlo wirefree doorbell and solar charger

Can an arlo solar charger be used with the wirefree doorbell? My battery life is too short

Nope. However, you could use a plug-in transformer if you have power nearby (or use the wires from an old doorbell if available). Something like this should work (there are others, too):
