Doorbell wont connect in App for live video

Looking back in the archives this seems to have been an issue in the past. Is there a real solution for this or do i need to wait for another up-date to try and fix the problem?

 

Issue: I open my app (iOS) click live stream for my wire free doorbell and all I get is the wheel of death and Connecting. I still get notification if the doorbell is pressed and i appear to get notification if the doorbell is armed and it detects motion. it also seems to work better if i am at home and on the same Wifi as the camera. 

 

The camera worked well for the first 2 or 3 weeks, it has good wifi connection and my 3 Ultra 2 cameras (connected to a hub) all work well with live streaming taking only a few seconds to start.

Are you still experiencing this behavior?

 

This could be an issue with your mobile data connection if you do not experience this when connected to WiFi.
