Arlo video doorbell calling multiple phones

Hi, my wife is added to my account with a separate login under people …. When she uses silent mode on her iPhone to stop calls from the video doorbell it also silences my iPhone and visa versa … this never used to happen until recently …. If app open on both phones you can see it switch on/off both phones when selecting silent mode with two different user accounts. ?

 

Both phones  have the latest app 5.05 (8508)

 

Any suggestions would be be appreciated

Thank you for the feedback, the symptom you are experiencing is functioning as designed. When an Admin or shared access user turns silent mode On or Off, it will adjust all the users devices as well.
