Arlo essential wireless doorbell - won't ring my chimes and menu locked up

i installed the wireless doorbell Ok and connected it to the 10.8 v bell wires to it . But then I erronerously chose NONe for the "Traditional Chimes " option, It should have been mechanical . But the menu locked up and I have no choices now. Can't cnange it. Chimes dont ring.

How can I change it ?  The only solution on the forum was to reinstall the whole thing. Why ?

Any simpler fixes. TY

You can perform a factory reset by following the instructions here: How do I reset my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell?

You can also try and reboot the doorbell by removing it from the plate and release the battery.
