Had my doorbell over a year and recently the microphone stopped working, just a hissing sound. Contacted Arlo and was told nothing they can do I have to buy a new one. Absolutely a disgrace paying for a service that doesn't work and no one cares. I'm cancelling my subscription as it's no use to me now. Come on Arlo fix up, give better product and services please.
