My chime 2 will not stay connected to Wi-Fi longer than a few days. During set up it shows as disconnected each time. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

It could be a faulty chime so use Settings, Support to choose your chime. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support for a possible RMA.
