Arlo Chime 2 keeps disconnecting

Hi, I’m trying to setup the chime 2 to connect with my wire free doorbell. I have gone through the setup of the chime 2 ok and updated the firmware.it connects directly to the WiFi router. When I press the doorbell the chime 2 works once then will disconnect from the network with an orange flashing light. I have tried resetting the chime 2 and reconnecting with the same issue. Also replaced chime 2 with another new one and same issue. Tried various plug sockets that range between 1 and 5m from my router but still have same issue. Anyone else have any other ideas before I return it for good. Thanks in advance.

I couldn’t ever get it to work so sent the chime2 back. I integrated the doorbell with the Amazon Alex skill and am using an echo dot as doorbell chime instead. This has proved reliable and there is minimal delay between pressing the doorbell and hearing the chime.
