Doorbell is connected to hub and part of Arlo Elite Multi Camera subscription.
The doorbell does record motion activity but not when the doorbell button is pushed.
Should it be recording even if the incoming phone call alert is declined?

Hi,
Is this happening periodically? Have you received a motion after the db has been pressed previously?

Hi,
I fairly recently linked the doorbell to the hub where it was previously only connected to my wi-fi. I can’t be 100% certain but I think it’s only happened since I hooked it up to the hub.
I thought it was just odd given that it is recording on motion.

To double check, you do not receive any recording at all after the doorbell is pressed? only motion prior (Walking up, pressing the db)?
