Hi everyone,
I recently purchased the Arlo Video Doorbell Wire-Free and have been enjoying its features so far. However, I'm encountering an issue when trying to play the video feed on my amd ryzen 5 laptop. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem or could offer some advice on how to resolve it.
Here are a few details about my setup:
Laptop: I'm using a Windows laptop running Windows 10.
Web Browser: I've tried accessing the Arlo video feed using different web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, but none of them seem to play the video.
Internet Connection: I have a stable and reliable internet connection with good speed.
When I log into my Arlo account and select the Video Doorbell Wire-Free, I can see the live feed thumbnail, but when I click on it, the video does not play. I've tried waiting for a while, refreshing the page, and clearing the browser cache, but none of these actions seem to help.
I have no issues with the Arlo app on my smartphone, as the video feed plays perfectly fine on it. The problem seems to be limited to my laptop.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with the Arlo Video Doorbell Wire-Free not playing on a laptop? If so, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions you might have to offer. It's frustrating not being able to access the video feed on my laptop when I need to.
Thank you in advance for your help!

No problem here. Are you using an extension that block autoplay of HTML5 video?
