Hi There Community,

I recently purchased the Video Doorbell Wire-Free and the model on the box says its a AVD2001B-100AUS yet in device info in Arlo web portal it reports its a AVD2001A  AVD2001Aer1.2. Is this correct? Or has the wrong device been put in the box?

Should I return back to shop for a refund?

I've never tracked what the box says vs. what's reported in the device info. However, I believe that what the box says is due to the market country is intended for. The basic hardware is the same but certain peripherals such as power supplies may well be different due to common differences in voltages, connectors, etc.

If it's working for you, I wouldn't be concerned at all.
