Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wire-Free no longer appearing in app

Hello Everybody

I just tried to reinstall my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wire-Free.

However, the product no longer appears in the list of products which you can install in the app. Does anyone know what happened and how I can install the doorbell now?

Do you have the AVD2001(wire free) or the AVD1001 (wired)?

 

Your title suggests AVD2001, but your model field says AVD1001.
