Getting a message that a 'Firmware Update is available'. Click on 'Update' and get the message "Firmware update in progress" but never successfully updates. Error message, "Firmware could not be updated. Please try again later (Error code: 4208)" Cannot view live video now, stuck at 'Firmware Update is available'.

Took out the battery and fully charged, but did not help. Rebooted the hub and that was it. Now able to update the firmware. Thank you!

Have you restarted your hub or doorbell, depending on how it's connected? You could also try reinserting the battery.
