Arlo Doorbell setup problem

Hello, all

I'm using Netgear AX752 Mesh WIFI 6 router, and can't see my doorbell wire-fee on the Arlo app.  It's very strange that I can see that doorbell connection at Netgear router app (Devices tab) shown 2.4G Video doorbell.
Please help what should I do so that I can see my doorbell wire-free on the Arlo apps

Try doing a factory reset and then add it again from the app.

I ran into the exact same problem. Just forget the QR code generated by the Arlo app and use another QR code. which will translate your wifi SSID and password into the correct QR code. Print it and show it to your doorbell camera. This worked immediately for me. Hope it helps!
