I installed 3 cameras and a wired doorbell at the same time and set them up. The three cameras are on the 3 month free subscription, but somehow the doorbell is not even though the package says I get a free 3 month free subscription. How do I get the doorbell included?

It should happen automatically. Was the doorbell ever installed on someone else's account?

No. The doorbell was new and the packaging was intact. So my account was new.

Swapping at the store would be the fastest solution. Otherwise, assuming you have a subscription (trial or paid) you can use Settings, Support to see what that provides.

No the problem has not been rectified. I have been working with the Arlo Support and have been passed through several of their team. The doorbell has been reactivated many times and reinstalled several as well. I am waiting now to hear from an Arlo "engineer".
