Hi there,

I help my friend to install his Doorbell using my phone. After successful installation, I have already removed my phone from the privacy center.

However, I can't stop my phone ringing every time someone pressed his Doorbell.

Isn't there any proper to disconnect my phone from his Doorbell?

We need more information. Do you mean you added the doorbell to your account or did you use your phone to log into his account and then add the doorbell? The only way you would get the phone to ring on your phone would be if it was added to your account or he added you as guest account/granted access.

I use my own phone to login I to his account and did the pairing. After then, I logged out and login back to my own account.

My phone rings when someone pressed his doorbell. I can see his cam if I received the calls.

Do you still have the app installed on your phone?

Of course, I have the App as I'm using it for my own Cams everyday.

I'm not seeing any settings for this in the app.  Did you try restarting your phone?

I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC , @ShayneS@BrookeN ) , to see if they can help.

Are you perhaps an authorized user on your friends account? Can you friend see your mobile device listed at all under his account?

I logged out all devices/browser of my phone under privacy center. Isn't there other ways I can check if my phone were still being authorised.

The simplest way is to ask the friend to double-check that the cameras are not shared from their (primary) account.
