I pay for video to see viewing at doorbell when not there.  But it doesn't show anything only my inside camera not the doorbell camera.  Am I doing anything wrong.

Are you saying you aren't getting recordings?  Is this only when you are away, or is it happening all the time?

 

Can you livestream the doorbell while you are away from home?
