AVD2001 Reset won’t work

I have a AVD2001

I have followed these instructions and after 15-20 secs of holding the reset button the camera does nothing.

I’ve deleted the doorbell and tried to Resync but the button won’t light up apart from when I put the battery in and out.

It feels bricked

Can anyone help?

Is it still under warranty? (12 months)

Also may want to verify that the battery is charged.

Let's take a step back to what originally caused the issue. What were you experiencing the lead you to attempt the reset?
