I have a AVD2001

I have followed these instructions and after 15-20 secs of holding the reset button the camera does nothing.
I’ve deleted the doorbell and tried to Resync but the button won’t light up apart from when I put the battery in and out.
It feels bricked
Can anyone help?

Is it still under warranty? (12 months)
