ARLO wireless doorbell Samsung TV SmartThings - Notifications ...YES, Video...NO

I have the ARLO Wireless Doorbell & Chime and Ultra 2 cameras (2 base stations, 8 Ultra 2 cameras).  

I CAN connect all Ultra 2 cameras and the Arlo Wireless Doorbell to SmartThings on my Samsung TV. Great!! All nine ARLO devices show in SmartThings on my Samsung TV.  All ARLO Ultra 2 cameras display video in SmartThings on my Samsung TV.  But NO VIDEO from the ARLO Wireless Doorbell.  I get doorbell notifications but no video! 

How can I see the doorbell video on my Samsung TV SmartThings from the ARLO Wireless Doorbell too??

Hey if it's a SmartThings issue... You're a big company. Samsung is a BIGGER company. Talk to each other. Figure this out for your loyal customers ......PLEASE
