Have tried whatever was given, trouble shoot, fully charge , reset and paring, checking the internet speed etc, whatever was given has checked, I cannot get in touch with any support person from Arlo, the site doesn’t have any mail ID, the number given is wrong , don’t know what to do ?

Do you still have the subscription in place?

Yes, it’s in place till 5th of March

Then you can contact support using the app.

 

If you see "Library" in your app menu, then use this guide:

 

If instead you see "Feed" and "Dashboard", then use this guide:

I suggest using phone support if you can.

 

If the doorbell is no longer in the account, then post back - the mods here can create a support ticket on your behalf.
