All details are needed - what have you tried and what do you see? Is there a subscription for the doorbell?

There's no mention of any subscription in this thread.
We still need to know exactly what steps you are using and exactly where it fails. Is this a new install or a reinstall?

Please stick with one discussion thread.
@jguerdat - the other one is here:
Since you have a subscription, then you can use the support center in the app to reach Arlo phone support.
It is hard to know exactly what steps you performed since you really aren't providing the details. Normally you'd
- remove the doorbell from the account
- make sure it is fully charged
- do the hardware reset (using the pairing pin or a paper clip, and holding down the pairing button until the doorbell flashed amber - about 15 seconds)
- add it back to the account, and set it up again.
