My doorbell chime suddenly stopped working. The video and sound are fine. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I suggest taking down the doorbell and briefly touch the wires together. If the chime sounds, then the issue is the doorbell. If it doesn't, then the issue is either the chime or the transformer.

Hi - I have a similar ongoing issue. The doorbell suddenly fails to detect motion, and does not trigger the chime when pressed. In the app I go to devices / settings / doorbell / restart .. and it works again .. for a while - but really not a solution, as it is happening daily - so without constantly checking I don't know whether it is functioning!
Nothing particularly untoward about my installation - except, perhaps, I have the USB cable permanently connected. I suppose I could unplug it to see is it has similar behavior under battery power - but I do quite like the "set and forget" option of being plugged in .. and it had been working continuously for about 6 months.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions TIA
