Trying to purchase a subscription so my doorbell will record again. But every time I try to agree to charge I get this code “aria_directpost_error_6003” or it says payment method absent. What am I doing wrong

this internal error continues to prevent me from updating my subscripton payment!!  no live agent will address this issue!  this forum is of no help!

no one has helped with this and it has been several days - when gave a number to call - i never received a call!

@sk97 I reached back out to support, they should be contacting you soon as possible. I do see they reached out on the 10th of December, however it still was not resolved. If you do not hear from anyone by Monday, please let me know.

monday is not good enough!  there needs to be a way for me to directly contact someone.  three times now I \have waited for a call at an arranged time and it doesnt't happen!!  your customer service is attrocious!   our security system will be cut off if this is not resolved today!  actuallyy i believe it has already been compromised - because i cant seem to get into any online chat!  why cant you have a number to call?
