Replaced wired video doorbell with new 2nd gen model. Install completed, unit getting proper 18v power. Everything went well during set up unit working properly but I’ve noticed the unit no longer shows green charging icon on the app. Disconnected unit and reinstalled,

Charging icon showed green for 2 hours then stopped charging.. I’m thinking the 24 degree weather is somehow affecting the charging process.. customer service provided zero information.. any thoughts??

@JoeFavs - also, Arlo cameras (and doorbells) will not charge when it is below freezing.
