Recently 'upgraded' from a v1 which had been working perfectly for months in same location/network.

Set up no problems, firmware updated etc, but live streaming has never worked properly. Connects sometimes then a couple of minutes later doesn't. When it does work it takes ages to connect. V1 works perfectly on same network.

100/40 Nbn 3m from access point.

Alerts and viewing feed work fine

If you bring the doorbell closer to your hub or router, depending on how it's connected, does it work properly?

V1 in same location works perfectly, and has done for 12 months

It's a troubleshooting step which is simple enough to try. Just because one device worked doesn't guarantee another will, especially if it's faulty.
