I paired my new Chime 2 to my Arlo video doorbell. After a few weeks it lost connection. In trying to pair the device again it keeps trying to connect to Arlo_0508 network and fails. I have tried all the steps in the guides and unfortunately have had no support from Arlo. Their call back says 4 min timeframe, and I don't receive a call within 4 hours. Appreciate any assistance in pairing the device. I assume it should be looking for the doorbell on my wifi. Thanks

Are you saying that your phone cannot connect to the temporary network created by the chime?
Or are you trying to connect the chime to the base station wifi (if you have a base station)?
What phone model are you using?

Thanks Stephen. Yes, the phone can't find the temp network created by Chime. I am noyt using a base station. Just pairing Chime to door bell. I am using an iphone 12. Wifi is set at 2.4 GHz. I have tried to reset. The white light on the chime never stops flashing white.
ps - I used this phone on original set up
Thanks again

Check your phone network settings to see if the ability to connect to new insecure WiFi is disabled.
