I have tried Unsuccessfully to add my wife as an additional person to the GEN two doorbell. Does anybody know how to do this? We have tried the computer phones. Can’t seem to get the second person added to the account to be able to view when someone’s at the door. Any help would be appreciated

I did it on the website my.arlo.com (on a computer). The mobile site sometimes is missing features.

 

In settings there is a section labelled People . You can delete or add people on that section and change whether they have access rights.

 

If someone has the camera checked off they should have live feed and ability to view recordings but since “access rights” lists additional features such as “mode selection , manual recording, sharing / deleting video” you probably want to check that one off.

 

In my case I have turned on audio and video calls for my mother’s Arlo app but be aware if you want more than one phone to ring you need to enable that for all accounts too.
