Doorbell keeps going offline even after resetting.  Any suggestions?

If you bring it indoors for testing does that help?

If the doorbell is connected to your home wifi, try measuring the wifi speed by putting your phone as close to the doorbell location as possible.

 

Use the free Ookla speedtest app, and make sure that mobile data is turned off during the test. Pay particular attention to the upload speed.
