Does anyone else have the same problem where the chime keeps going offline and it needs a factory reset, and removal and then reinstall. This happens almost every 7 to 10 days and it's getting tedious. I certainly wouldn't recommend the chime. Is it faulty?

Or it's too far away from the router/SmartHub. Bring it closer for testing purposes.

Thanks for the response but the chime is less than 1.5 meters away and it's a strong signal on fibre high capacity broadband.

I also have cameras connected that are further away with no problem.

Is this for the doorbell itself (would seem to be so) or an Arlo chime? You call it a chime which doesn't have a battery but the implication is that it's really the doorbell having the issue.

If it's the doorbell, it could be faulty but sometimes it's the location blocking the signal with some house construction being the issue. If you bring it inside the house for testing does the battery drain improves?
