Arlo chime 2 disconnects

Had the doorbell and chime 2 for nearly 2 weeks and every day the chime 2 disconnects and has to be reset and then take about an hour to reconnect reached out to arlo support and got fobbed off by 2 agents customer support is a joke

If possible, swap at the store. Also check for signal strength as well as possible nearby wireless devices that also use the 2.4GHz band that could be causing interference.

I have tried in multiple places in my house with same results the agent is refusing to replace it I think I will have to contact trading standards now thanks for the reply
