I have an Arlo Video Doorbell 2k. It is connected to the Arlo Base. The connection shows 3 stripes, as do all the other Arlo cameras. However, when somebody rings the doorbell, it takes at least 2-3minutes before I can see the live feed through the app, if it connect at all. And even if it connects the voice interaction does not work.
although I have a subscription, it looks like there is no customer service to contact and get help. I do not need VIP service, just a standard customer service as all the major providers have.
this is beyond frustrating. A product that does not work, no help available. Has anybody else experienced the same and if so did you find resolve. Help would be appreciated. If not, looks like only option left will be to cancel the subscription sell the product and to switch to a different ecosystem. Many Thanks.

There's multiple parts to a poor connection - strength is only one. The other possibility is that the signal is being interfered with by another nearby 2.4GHz wireless device. Bring the doorbell indoors for testing to see if that works any better.
You can access support by using the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your doorbell. Scroll down to Contacts for various methods of talking to official support.
