Arlo 2nd Gen video doorbell connection problems

So I've tried every trick mentioned throughout these pages and my newly purchased Arlo 2nd Gen video doorbell fails to onboard. It will not pair with my 2.4 Ghz network (or bluetooth) no matter how many times I've tried. Not sure what to do next. So frustrated.

Sounds familiar... I tried many times to connect for the past 2 days with no success.... until....
I took a photo of the QR code with 'my wifes phone' and used it during setup when it asked me to scan it, and then the chime will sound. From 'my phone' the QR code during setup would never scan or sound the chime..... but it did scan ok from my wifes phone.
This worked for me and may or may not work for you.

Appreciate your response. I tried that way to no avail. Finally gave up and shipped the product(s) back. Going to try a different system. Cheers!
