can i record to local storage with the hub while the camreas are connected to wifi

im trying to see if i can use the arlo hub to record to local storage while the cameras are on wifi out hf range to directly to the hub no wifi is this possible or will i have a issue

No. Ultra don't have an internal memory. Plus, you can't connect Ultra to WiFi directly.
