Cant find camera in app

Hi

System is about 3 years old. One camera was offline so I removed device and now the base station can't find it on my app.

I have synced camera, got blue light flashing on camera but won't pair.

Camera was 60% charged when it went offline. Base station has been offline the last couple of weeks but sorted that.

Don't want to reset or remove devices in case I can't re find base station or second camera. So frustrating nothing is working. Thanks Kate

First I'd charge the battery.  Then use a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com) and try "add device" from there.

Camera has been fully charged overnight. Tried via internet and still not finding camera. I have falshing blue light in base station and on camera. Have also pushed sync button on camera and tried manual method. Still cant find the camera.

I also have the base station and the camera right next to each other.
